Library on the Go!

Each month, Children’s Librarian Ms. Tea will drive the Library On the Go golf cart to a different Delray location for an engaging, age-specific, pop-up library program featuring themes of educational equity, environmental and community care with curated Children’s books to peruse and enjoy.

Special guests from partnering organizations will occasionally join in to help facilitate programs and share information about family-friendly events and resources. Pop-up locations and age groups will be listed in detail in our newsletter, on our website, as well as Facebook, and Instagram pages.

Title: Library on the Go presents: Spring Break Playdate 3.0!

Description: Join Children’s Librarian Ms. Tea, and the Library on the Go as we partner with KOP Mentoring, Inc for some serious fun to welcome spring with our “Spring Break Playdate” for the third year running! KOP Mentoring will provide a snack and information about the wonderful opportunities their program affords youth ages 7 – 17. The library will provide a sports & recreation themed book giveaway and outdoor sports equipment for use at the park to encourage “unplugged,” outdoor recreation, cooperative play & resiliency.
