Ursula Milla, 200-RYS, has been practicing yoga philosophy for over 20 years. Ursula received a certificate of completion for 200-hours for the study of Anuttara Raja (Supreme) Yoga, its philosophy and practice from Anuttara Yoga Shala, in Delray Beach, FL. She is passionate about teaching children from early on, balance of body, mind, and spirit through the study of the 8 limbs of yoga. She hopes her vision of spreading yoga philosophy transcends race, religion, age, and economic status and is practiced throughout the world.
